72 Teachers Of Delhi Government Schools Not Matched With Biometrics Expelled

A notice has been issued to expel 72 teachers working in Delhi government schools for the last one year due to non-match of biometric and photograph. The examination conducted by the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) was given by someone else and someone else was doing the job. Now the Directorate of Education has issued them a notice of expulsion from the job.

In fact, after completing all the formalities, the teachers were issued appointment orders asking them to take up the post in the allotted school within a month. The teachers had taken appointments in the school. DSSSB did the biometric verification from February 2021 to April 2021. DSSSB in its status report stated that the biometric and photograph of the selected candidates for various posts are not matching.

After this a committee was formed to investigate the matter. After examining the report of DSSSB, the committee said in its report that someone else took the exam instead of the right candidate. These teachers had joined three years ago in 2019.
