Mumbai: Superstar Aamir Khan couldn’t stop himself from shaking after being greeted in Punjabi style at the trailer launch of ‘Carry On Jatta 3’ in Mumbai on Tuesday. A video of the event is going viral on the internet, in which he is seen swinging to Punjabi tunes on the dhol. He also performed bhangra with the dancers present on the occasion.
Aamir’s bhangra move has impressed the netizens a lot. “How cute,” commented one social media user. “Hahaha Aamir’s bhangra is on point,” wrote another.
Aamir looked cute in an easy-breezy kurta paired with blue jeans and boots. Interestingly, at the event, Aamir also expressed his desire to do a Punjabi film.
“If I liked the story, I would do the film, irrespective of the language. The stars who did Punjabi films in the early days, like Yusuf Sahab Raj Kapur ji, knew Punjabi… so it was natural for him to speak Punjabi. Anyway, Punjabi. Not my first language, but I’d love to do it if given the chance.”
Aamir was last seen in the film ‘Laal Singh Chadha’ with Kareena Kapoor Khan. The official announcement of his next film is still awaited.
