Advance Salary: Government employees will get advance salary, Rajasthan has become the first state in the country to implement such a system.

They are saying this because Rajasthan has assembly elections in the next 5 months and they don’t want to cause any trouble by angering the employees. In such a situation, they keep coming up with some new scheme.

Meanwhile, the government has also decided to pay the salaries in advance to the employees. The ‘Earned Salary Advance Drawal Access Scheme’ has been approved by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. Employees will be paid advance salary proportionately before the end of the month. The advance salary paid to the employee will be deducted from the next month’s salary.

According to the information, this scheme has been implemented for the employees from 1st June 2023. Earlier, new benefits have been given to the employees by implementing the old pension. After this the employees are happy. Now the government has come up with another important scheme for the employees.
