New Delhi The minimum temperature in the national capital on Thursday morning was recorded at 23.9 degrees Celsius, which is four degrees below normal. India Meteorological Department (IMD) gave this information.

According to the IMD, the maximum temperature in Delhi is likely to hover around 40 degrees Celsius on Thursday, while gusty winds are likely during the day.

According to Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) data, the national capital recorded an overall air quality index (AQI) of 186 at 9 am on Thursday, which falls in the moderate category.

Importantly, an AQI between 0 and 50 is considered ‘good’, 51 and 100 ‘satisfactory’, 101 and 200 ‘moderate’, 201 and 300 ‘poor’, 301 and 400 ‘very poor’ and between 401 and 500 is considered According to the IMD, the relative humidity in Delhi was recorded at 48 per cent at 8.30 am on Thursday.
