Jharkhand: Six laborers working near high tension wire died due to electrocution

Dhanbad (Jharkhand). While installing an electric pole in Jharkhand’s Dhanbad district on Monday, it fell on a high-tension wire and came into contact with it, killing six workers. The officials gave this information.

Bagmara Deputy Superintendent of Police said that the incident took place near Nachitpur railway station, 145 km from the state capital Ranchi. As soon as the information was received, Dhanbad Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) Kamal Kishore Sinha reached the spot.

DRM said, “The electric pole was being installed. Meanwhile, the pole fell on the high tension wire of the railway, which killed 6 workers. An investigation into the matter has been started.
