The MotoGP team visited Budh International Circuit before the first race in India

New Delhi A 12-member team from Dorna Sports, the commercial rights holder of MotoGP, visited Budh International Circuit ahead of the first race here from September 22 to 24.

The team led by Dorna’s event director Norma Luna inspected various technical aspects of the circuit. Along with this, the broadcast setup facilities and other aspects required for the world class event were also evaluated.

Pushkarnath Srivastava, COO of FairStreet Sports, its promoter in India, said, “The race is now less than 124 days away. We talked about various important aspects related to race broadcasting, marketing, branding, sponsorship. He also said that hosting MotoGP is also an opportunity to promote tourism and the Dorna team also visited the Taj Mahal.
