Motorola Launches Four New Budget Android Smartphones, Including Moto G15, G15 Power, G05 and E15

Motorola has launched four new affordable smartphones in its G and E series: Moto G15, G15 Power, G05 and Moto E15. All these phones have been introduced keeping in mind the needs of entry-level to mid-range users. They include different configurations and features, which are suitable for all types of users.

The Moto E15 is designed for entry-level users. It has a 6.67-inch LCD display, which supports 90Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1000 nits. This phone runs on MediaTek Helio G81 Extreme chipset and has Android 14 Go Edition operating system.

The phone supports 2GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The camera setup consists of a 32MP rear camera (with 4-in-1 pixel binning technology) and an 8MP front camera. Apart from this, the phone has a 5200mAh battery, which supports 18W fast charging. This phone is available in Misty Blue and Fresh Lavender colors.

The Moto G05 is slightly advanced than the Moto E15 in terms of features. It has a 50MP primary rear camera with f/1.8 aperture and 1.28-micron pixels. Talking about the design, it has a plain leather back cover.

The Moto G05 has two storage options: 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage. This phone comes with Android 15 operating system. The phone has been introduced in Forest Green and Plum Red colors.

Moto G15 and G15 Power

Moto G15 and G15 Power have been launched for mid-range users. Both have a 6.72-inch FHD+ display, which comes with a 60Hz refresh rate and 1080×2400 pixel resolution. These phones run on MediaTek Helio G81 Extreme processor and support Android 15 operating system.

Moto G15 has 128GB storage option with 4GB / 8GB RAM, while Moto G15 Power has the option of 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.

Talking about camera features, both the phones have a 50MP primary camera (with Quad Bayer pixel merging technology) and a 5MP ultra-wide camera. There is an 8MP front camera for selfies.

In terms of battery, Moto G15 has a 5200mAh battery, which supports 18W fast charging. Moto G15 Power has a bigger 6000mAh battery and 30W fast charging support. Moto G15 has been launched in Gravity Gray, Iguana Green and Sunrise Orange colours.

Availability and Price

All these smartphones will be made available in select markets in Europe, Middle East, Latin America and Asia-Pacific. However, official information about their price and release date has not been revealed yet.

Motorola has tried to attract users from entry-level to mid-range market through these new smartphones. Now it will be interesting to see how these devices perform in the market.
