For Nayanthara, a touching wedding anniversary post by Vignesh Sivan

Filmmaker Vignesh Shivan and actress Nayanthara, a popular celebrity couple, are currently enjoying the journey of parenthood with their twin boys, who were born last year. The couple tied the knot on June 9, 2022, and are now celebrating their first wedding anniversary. Vignesh and Nayanthara welcomed their twin sons, Uir and Ulag, through surrogacy about four months after their wedding. On this special occasion, the filmmaker shared adorable pictures of his wife with the twins and shared a heartfelt message with them.

Reflecting on a year spent with his “blessed family”, Vignesh shared how it empowered them to lead a fulfilling life. He also admitted that the past year had been filled with many “moments, ups and downs, unexpected setbacks and testing times”.

The pictures from the anniversary posts show Nayanthara with the twins. While the first picture shows Nayanthara tenderly holding one of her sons, the later photos show the three of them bundled up in a cream colored dress.

A special note from Vignesh on the first wedding anniversary

In his special note on his first wedding anniversary, Vignesh mentions his wife and twins, writing, “1 year full of moments! Lotta ups and downs unexpected shocks! Testing times! But with endless love and affection. Coming home to see a blessed family restores a lot of confidence and gives full energy to keep running towards all the dreams and goals that have already been manifested! Holding everything together, with my – my Uirs and Ulgam, through the family. The strength given makes all the difference! Being blessed with the best of people trying to give them a good life is the motivation hustlers like me need.”

She also shared a short note asking “negative comment addicts” to avoid her post.
