The actress is often in the headlines for her bold and hot avatar. Before gaining fame from ‘Bigg Boss 14’, she mainly worked in the Tamil and Telugu film industries.

Last year, Nikki’s name came up during the investigation into the Rs 200 crore extortion case involving accused Sukesh Chandrasekhar. She was taken to Delhi’s Tihar Jail along with another actress to recreate the alleged meeting with accused Sukesh as part of the investigation into the extortion case.

According to IANS sources, “‘Bigg Boss’ fame Nikki Tamboli, ‘Bade Manche Lagte Hai’ fame Chahat Khanna, Sophia Singh and Arusha Patil met Chandrasekhar in the jail complex and introduced themselves as producers of the southern film industry. Presented as Chandrasekhar’s close aide Pinky Irani, who was arrested by Delhi Police’s Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) in November last year, facilitated the meetings with his associates. All four actresses were given expensive gifts from famous brands like Gucci. Versace, and Louis Vuitton,” the website reported.
