Kurnool (Andhra Pradesh). In Pathikonda village of Andhra Pradesh’s Kurnool district, a case has come to light of an elderly mentally ill woman performing her husband’s last rites at home.
The woman’s husband died of illness and her sons allegedly abandoned her and had no social contact. Hari Krishna Prasad (63), who was suffering from Parkinson’s disease since 2016, died of the disease after his wife Lalithama cremated his body along with some waste cardboard and clothes on Monday, police said. given

He said that both the sons had left their parents and there was a property dispute between them. He said that Lalitama was cut off from the society and there was no one to help her, so she herself.
