Hyderabad: A bus carrying film actors returning to Hyderabad from neighboring Andhra Pradesh after shooting for ‘Pushpa 2’ met with an accident in Telangana’s Nalgonda district on Wednesday, injuring two persons.

A bus carrying film actors collided with a stationary RTC bus near Narketpally on the Hyderabad-Vijewada highway.

Two artists suffered minor injuries in the accident. The actors were returning to Hyderabad from Andhra Pradesh’s Srikakulam district after completing the shooting schedule of Allu Arjun starrer ‘Pushpa 2’.

The RTC bus driver had stopped the vehicle on the roadside due to a technical fault. The driver of the bus carrying the artists ignored the RTC bus and hit it.

The makers of the film released the first look poster of ‘Pushpa: The Royal’, the sequel to ‘Pushpa: The Rise’, last month.

The makers released the poster and a special video on the eve of Allu Arjun’s birthday.

Directed by Sukumar, the film is likely to release in the summer of 2024.
