Realme 14 Pro Unveiled as the World’s First Color-Changing Smartphone, India Launch in January 2025
Realme has recently introduced its new smartphone Realme 14 Pro, which is the world’s first color changing mobile phone. The specialty of this smartphone is its unique design and color changing back panel, which changes its color on change of temperature. This phone will launch in India in January 2025, and its price can be around Rs 27,000 to Rs 30,000.
Realme 14 Pro Color Changing Design
The back panel of Realme 14 Pro changes color in cold temperatures. When the temperature falls below 16°C, its color changes from white to blue. This color changing process is made possible by “thermochromic fiber-mixing pigments”. This feature makes it even more attractive, especially in cold climates or when it is immersed in water. However, Realme also pointed out that this color changing design is affected by UV light and its brightness may fade in a year. To protect it, the smartphone has to be protected from direct sunlight.

The Realme 14 Pro has a 6.7-inch quad-curved AMOLED screen with FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. This phone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor and a 5000mAh battery, which supports 80W fast charging. Apart from this, it also has an IP69 rating, so that it will be protected from water and dust.
