Samsung Galaxy S25 Series: Certified Specs Revealed with 5G Bands, UWB, and S Pen
Samsung is set to launch its next-generation Galaxy S25 series. The highlight of this series is the AI โโ(Artificial Intelligence) feature, which makes it different from the rest of the smartphones in the market. Apart from this, Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition chipset has been used in all the models of the Galaxy S25 series. The special thing is that the company has not used its own Exynos chips this time.
Galaxy S25 Series Specifications from MIIT Certification
The leaked certification details of the Galaxy S25 series have been revealed by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). The documents confirm key specifications, including the model numbers SM-S9310 and SM-S9360, along with support for GSM, WCDMA, TD-LTE, LTE FDD, and 5G networks. They also highlight frequency bands, wireless connectivity features like Bluetooth and WiFi, and transmitting power details. The certification approval date is listed as November 22, 2024, indicating that Samsung is moving closer to the official launch of the Galaxy S25 series.
Three models will be introduced in the Galaxy S25 series:
- Galaxy S25 (model number SM-S9310)
- Galaxy S25 Plus (model number SM-S9360)

Design:
This time minor changes have been made in the design. The Galaxy S25 Ultra model will have a flat frame design, which will include rounded corners. This design will be different from the square frame of the previous Galaxy S24 Ultra. The Ultra model will retain the flat display. At the same time, the design of the base and Plus models will be similar to the current models.
The Ultra model will also feature the S Pen, which is more advanced than before. Also, Ultra-wideband (UWB) support will be available, which will allow better tracking of accessories.
Galaxy S25 Series: Battery and Charging
Talking about charging, the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Plus models will support 25W fast charging and 9W wireless charging. However, this is a downgrade compared to the previous Galaxy S24 models, where 15W wireless charging was provided.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra and Plus models have support for 45W fast charging, which is the same as the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Exact information about the battery capacity is not yet available, but it is expected to be similar to the current Galaxy S24 models.
