Sports Update: Rs 25.50 crore has been sanctioned for 17 sports stadiums in Rajasthan

Jaipur. Rajasthan government has sanctioned Rs 25.50 crore for the construction and development of 17 sports stadiums.

According to an official statement, the state government is encouraging sportsmen by developing sports facilities in the state. Under this series, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has approved a financial provision of Rs 25.50 crore for various construction works of the stadium.

With this confession, Kanwar Ka Bas (Jaipur), Chandoli (Alwar), Chauhtan (Barmer), Sujangarh, Salasar (Churu), Bhusawar (Bharatpur), Sagwara (Dungarpur), Maniyan (Dholpur), Bissau (Jhunjhanu), Alsisar, Chirava . (Jhunjhanu), Bownli, Gangapur City (Swaimadhopur), Sivaganj (Sirohi), Srikaranpur, Sadulshahr (Sriganganagar) and Pratapgarh will have stadium construction and development works. This will facilitate the players in practice.

It may be mentioned that the Chief Minister had announced the construction of various stadiums in the budget of the financial year 2023-24.
