Weather Update: Monsoon arrived after seven days, but reached Karnataka along with Kerala in a day

Internet desk. Monsoon has entered the country after a delay of more than seven days. With the onset of monsoon in Kerala, it has further progressed. If media reports are to be believed, monsoon has reached Karnataka as well. However, according to the Meteorological Department, Cyclone Biparjoy is likely to remain mild initially.

Although the monsoon was supposed to enter Kerala on June 1, this time the monsoon has entered after seven days. This time, after a delay of 7 days, rain has started in Kerala. Along with this, rain has also been seen in Karnataka. Monsoon rains have also started in Tamil Nadu.

According to the Meteorological Department, monsoon will reach Tamil Nadu and North East states in the next two days. By June 10, moving from the south, the monsoon will reach Maharashtra and cover the northeastern states and reach Bihar via West Bengal. Monsoon is expected to cover Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and entire Bihar by June 15. On the other hand, this time monsoon may enter Rajasthan five days earlier i.e. till June 20.
