New Delhi Delhi and the National Capital Region received rain with strong winds on Saturday morning.
Many areas of Delhi were flooded due to rain. India Meteorological Department said at 6.30 in the morning that a group of clouds is passing over Delhi-NCR, due to which there will be heavy rain in the next two hours. Light to moderate rain and gusty winds of 40 to 70 kmph will prevail over the surrounding areas.
Delhi recorded a maximum temperature of 34.5 degrees Celsius on Friday, which is five degrees below normal.
