OPPO ColorOS 15 Update in China: Share Live Photos on Weibo, TikTok, and iOS Devices
On December 18, OPPO officially released ColorOS Answer Time Vol. 2 and answered the questions of its users. In this, information about the updates related to the live photo feature of ColorOS has been given.
Now on OPPO’s ColorOS 15.0 version, live photos can be shared on social media platforms like Weibo, Xiaohongshu and TikTok (Douyin). For this, it is necessary that the version of TikTok is 32.0.0 or above and the version of Weibo is 14.11.3 or above.
Live Photo Transfer Between iPhone and iPad
OPPO also said that users can easily exchange live photos between their OPPO device and Apple’s iPhone / iPad. For this:
- The phone must be updated to the latest software version.
- Update “OPPO Share” on the OPPO device to version 15.4.15 or above.
- Update “O+ Internet” to version 1.0.15 or above through the App Store on iPhone/iPad.
Live Photo Sharing in WeChat Moments
When users asked questions about live photo sharing on WeChat Moments, OPPO clarified that this feature depends on the cooperation with a third party (WeChat). At present, there is no definite plan, but the company is in talks with the WeChat team to make this feature available as soon as possible.
