Oppo Find X8 Ultra Confirmed with 6,100mAh Battery and Snapdragon 8 Elite on Geekbench

Oppo is going to launch its flagship smartphone Find X8 Ultra soon. The smartphone is set to launch in China on April 10. Ahead of the launch, the device has been spotted on Geekbench with the model number PKJ110. Additionally, there will be a satellite communication-supported variant with the model number PKU110. Oppo Find-series product manager Zhao Yibao has confirmed its battery capacity, revealing the key specifications of the phone.

Zhao Yibao confirmed that the Oppo Find X8 Ultra will feature a 6,100mAh battery, a significant upgrade over its predecessor. It supports 100W fast charging, allowing the phone to be fully charged in just 35 minutes. Additionally, the device will support 50W wireless charging.

Oppo Find X8 Ultra Geekbench Listing

According to the Geekbench listing (via. XpertPick), the Oppo Find X8 Ultra will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. This chipset includes two high-performance cores with 4.32GHz clock speed and six efficiency cores running at 3.53GHz. For graphics, it has Adreno 830 GPU. In Geekbench benchmark tests, the device scored 3023 in single-core and 9414 in multi-core performance, solidifying its flagship status.

Oppo Find X8 Ultra Other Specifications (Expected)

According to reports, the Find X8 Ultra will have a 6.82-inch 2K AMOLED display, supporting a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will have an under-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and despite the large battery, its thickness will be less than 9mm. It will be available in 12GB+512GB, 16GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB variants, with the 16GB+1TB model supporting satellite connectivity.

For optics, the Find X8 Ultra will house a 32-megapixel front camera and a quad-camera setup on the rear, comprising:

• 50MP Sony LYT-900 primary sensor (OIS support)
• 50MP IMX882 ultra-wide camera
• 50MP IMX906 periscope telephoto lens (3x optical zoom)
• 50MP IMX882 periscope telephoto lens (6x optical zoom)

The device will introduce a new pressable push-type hardware button, replacing the traditional alert slider.
