Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Storage and Performance Leaked: Up to 16GB RAM, 1TB Storage
The storage specifications of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra smartphone have been leaked. According to reliable source @Jukanlosreve, this flagship device will have storage options of 12GB+256GB, 16GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB.
The previously launched Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra had 12GB RAM in all variants, and it comes with 256GB, 512GB and 1TB storage options. The new model has seen a slight upgrade in terms of RAM, making it more powerful.
Changes in Design and Features
Android Authority shared some real pictures of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra in a blog post on November 27. It revealed the full details of the bottom of the device for the first time. The USB-C port, SIM card slot, speaker and S Pen slot are visible in the phone. The S Pen slot is placed on the left side of the phone, retaining the previous design.

According to the GeekBench benchmark database, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition for Galaxy chipset. This phone has scored 2627 in single-core test and 9404 in multi-core test. These scores make it even better performer than the current flagship smartphones.
