According to these leaked renders, the iPhone 17 Air will have an ultra-thin design, measuring less than 6mm in thickness. This could make it Apple’s slimmest iPhone ever. In this new model, the company has completely changed the camera setup. This design resembles the camera visor of the Google Pixel series, featuring a single 48MP camera sensor and an LED flash.

The iPhone 17 Air is also expected to support Dynamic Island, enhancing the user experience. The front design of the device appears largely unchanged.

A19 Chipset and Features

The iPhone 17 Air is expected to launch with Apple’s latest A19 chipset, improving both performance and energy efficiency. Additionally, the phone is expected to feature Apple’s new 5G modem, Wi-Fi 7 support, and a 120Hz ProMotion display. Reports suggest that this iPhone may feature a more durable display glass.

Due to its ultra-slim design, the iPhone 17 Air is expected to house a smaller battery. Reports indicate that it could be one of the smallest-battery smartphones launching in 2025.
