New Citroën Aircross SUV Enters the Indian Market: Specs, Price, and Availability
French carmaker Citroën has launched the 2024 edition of its Citroën Aircross SUV in India, with a new bundle of features at affordable prices. This added strength in the Indian market comes from Citroën as it convinces customers to buy this style-with-practicality vehicle. Specifications
The new 2024 Citroën Aircross arrives in two variants of petrol engines. The first is the naturally aspirated 1.2-liter version which produces 82 bhp and 115 Nm of torque. It is partnered with a 5-speed manual transmission. The next up is the 1.2-liter turbo version that churns out 110 bhp and 190 Nm of torque, which makes it good enough to be teamed with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
For safety, it is equipped with six airbags, an electronic stability program (ESP), a tire pressure monitoring system, and a hill-hold assist, among more than 40 other safety features. The new version is well-equipped with advanced LED projector headlamps, power-folding mirrors, automatic climate control, and rear AC vents.
Pricing
The Citroën Aircross retails at a competitive price of ₹8.49 lakh (ex-showroom), base ‘You’ variant with 1.2-litre naturally aspirated power plant. The middle-level variant is priced at ₹9.99 lakh, while the ‘Max’ variant with a turbocharged unit retails at ₹12.7 lakh. The turbo automatic comes at ₹13.99 lakh. Five plus two seater is also available for an additional ₹35,000 more.
Availability
Citroën has already started opening its order books for the 2024 Aircross. The deliveries will start from October 8, 2024. The SUV comes in a 5- and 7-seater format, making it apt for families of all forms and structures.

Citroën worked on the inside as well by deploying soft touch materials, including a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, along with more than 70 alternative accessibility options that can be tailored.
